In a strange and sad turn of events, my Instagram account @amyxviolin was deleted by Instagram. I received a notice that my account was closed due to impersonating another account. I think this happened while my Sunshine Time Instagram account was getting approved as a retailer/store and in the process, they did not realize that I am the same person. So if you would like to follow me, please find me at my new Instagram account @sunshinetimeproductions.

I am sad to lose all of the memories I recorded on Instagram, but am happy to include more parts of myself on the Sunshine Time Productions account.

You might start seeing things labeled "Sunshine Time Productions LLC" from me. I've decided to grow in a different direction by creating an LLC for my performing and fine arts project. This new business name will include music performance, arranging, composing, transcribing, engraving, event production, digital art, clothing design, and maybe some of my inventions. It's still in the very early stages, but I just wanted to post an update in case anyone was wondering :-)

I get a lot of people asking if that was me they saw in a commercial, it is me! Last year I shot a commercial for Fairwinds Credit Union and it is still airing. So far I have heard from friends and colleagues they saw it in between sports broadcasts, news, random tv channels, YouTube, podcasts, even Candy Crush! I saw it myself on tv a few weeks ago, I was quite surprised to see myself pop up.

I don't think I ever thought I'd get so much tv time by going the violinist route, but so far I've been on ABC Network, Disney Channel, and BBC Scotland for special music programs playing violin. This commercial I did some acting, modeling, and playing. It was quite an experience and I think my colleagues get a kick out of it. I don't have any personal connection with Fairwinds but I always knew their name as being great sponsors for the performing arts community. The script was I was using their app to help save money to buy a nice violin, talk about method acting!

My trio will be one of the featured performing groups at Disney Springs in March. See us on the Orange Node and Waterview Park Stages.
